CEO & Senior Executive Roundtable

Whether expanding organically or through mergers and acquisitions, growth companies inevitably enter a phase where they outgrow their processes and systems, their people must adapt or be replaced, internal culture clashes arise, employees have trouble answering “who we are” and “why customers should care” and they lose sight of a common vision and voice. In short, everything gets out of whack.

In this roundtable, we'll facilitate a discussion of peers sharing common experiences and best practices in surviving growth. EVOLVE and Outperform will introduce a model that winning companies use to pull it all back together—successfully aligning sales, marketing and human resources. And we’ll explore winning and failed responses from leaders who have faced similar challenges as well as present a self-diagnostic checklist for applying these principles within your own organization.

To maintain a peer-to-peer environment, this event is limited to CEOs and senior executives within fast growth companies with 30+ employees.
